We have all been 'conditioned' to comply with the requirements of our society's way of doing things.

Can we break out?

If you are ready for a whole new way of looking at the world, its environment, ourselves as human beings and everything we see around us and in our lives then you might be interested to read on! You will read of the conventional viewed from an unconventional perspective.

It is easy to carry on as we are, doing things in the ways passed down to us by our ancestors but to do so would be wasting a wonderful existence for us all in this lifetime.

From my viewpoint, change is required very soon if we are to survive as a collective of beings.

Have you often felt out of place, sort of 'out of time', even with your own family and friends? A feeling that something is 'not quite right', but you could never quite put your finger on what that something is?

Perhaps you are a fellow 'pioneer'. You may have within you a special strength to usher in what is needed, what is new, as a way of thinking.

COMPROMISE

Why would we compromise our own feelings, our own life?
Each individual will have his/her own reasons for doing so. The person might not clearly realise why they are ‘settling’ for, or ‘putting up’ with anything that would make their life optimally good or better than they presently do. Unless we get to the root cause or reason we skim the surface we just know that life could feel better than it currently does.
When we compromise, then all kinds of negative, emotional feelings bubble away under the surface, maybe for years, causing tension of thought and body and maybe resulting in the triggering of an illness or other bdily discomfort such as becoming overweight. Or it bursts out as anger on occasions triggered by a situation that links to the original compromising.
When we compromise (go against) what we really feel, we ignore the messages that our guidance system is urging us to take heed of to lead us to our best life. By compromising we are missing out on some of the good things that can help us evolve as human beings.
In the short term it might not feel that it matters, this loss, but long-term there will be consequences to ourselves in some way.
Very often, when compromise occurs, there is more than just our self involved in a choice. It might be that we feel obligated to someone, or to a group of people, but it is at the expense of ignoring the value of our own unique thoughts.
Yes - expense - there is always a cost and the cost is to us - it is the loss to the one who compromises his/her true feelings.
In all of this we need to be sure that we are hearing our true personal feelings and thoughts and not just those of the people who taught us their view of life as we were growing up. Our Indoctrinations and Conditioning are so strong that many of us have difficulty initially in actually hearing what our true self is trying to say to us.

So those are some of the negatives of ‘compromise’!

The opposite of a compromised way of thinking can come into play in our life by us learning a few strategies : --
1. Start to trust more of your own feelings and thoughts and ideas. They are valuable, to You;
2. Realise that your deepest feelings are there as part of your Unique Guidance System;
3. Become the Master of Your Own Life;
4. Believe that emotional attachment and obligation to others, in the extreme, especially of it leads you away from what you are drawn to do, is keeping you from your best life (most comfortable) and could mean the difference between you fulfilling your true purpose, and not;
5. Clear your mind of Conditioning, then begin the process of Actively Listening for those thoughts that make you feel excited or just good inside, and act on them, small steps at a time to see where they might lead you. You can turn back at any time, but if the path feels good and your lovely feelings continue and grow, then you know that in these first sections or sectors of your choice of decision it is ‘right’ for you to be there. Your feelings will soon tell you when you should not be there, with those people or in that place, if you listen to what they are telling you. Many times the feeling-thoughts are subtle and so we need to listen quietly. Once we get used to Trusting Ourselves then it gets easier to recognise when the authentic (real you) feelings come to us.
6. Become strong enough to follow through on your thoughts regardless of what others think is best for you. They cannot know what is best for you, their own guidance is for themselves alone.
WHAT WOULD IT TAKE ?

What would it take for all of the people in all of the world to come together in a peaceful harmonious community?
It would mean that all people, friends, enemies, those who didn’t speak to each other for any reason, warring nations (their leaders) - all would individually have to acknowledge the necessity of giving up some way of thinking.
For many this might seem like an easy thing to do - “first change your way of thinking”.
Yet, for many, this would take a huge effort, and the loss (that is, their status or stance, their attitude) would be the major stumbling block to this happening.

Peace - it requires peace within the individual mind. It is of no use a leader announcing that their nation will be at peace with their neighbours without the full and complete peaceful thoughts and actions of every last one of the citizens who make up that nation. Otherwise it would just be a lot of words with no real meaning, no real effectiveness.
An attitude that a person holds is about how he/she perceives him/her self in relation to other people/things/animals/environment/etc. around him/her.
So, to dramatically change the ingrained attitudes that involve ‘self’ at the core means we have to be able to perceive ourselves completely differently compared to how we have done up until now. This is what causes so much conflict in the world today - the fact that people have been so indoctrinated by the rules of family, society and religion about how they are supposed to be and think and act in relation to the world around them - this forms the “personality” showing how they are to the world and it is usually in some sort of conflict with some others.
In this case we can see how, to give up (change) those ingrained attitudes, means giving up what we are taught to believe is “our self”. The fear of becoming a ‘nobody’ i.e. without motivation, emotion, etc. is what keeps everyone the same as they always were.
But what we are talking about where complete peace and harmony is concerned is a lot of people giving up what they have become, letting go, and becoming like new people, like they were when they were born - a ‘Rebirth’, if you like, of all individuals who want to become part of the Earth’s Peaceful Community.
This doesn’t mean giving up all the skills and aptitudes we naturally possess, nor does it mean becoming mindless without our own thoughts. On the contrary, these are so essential to living in harmony. But it does mean giving up the rubbish way of thinking (conflict) and taking on the truly caring way. Transforming Ourselves.
This is Change with a big ‘C’ again - change for each of us who are to be part of this Worldwide Harmonious Community for the benefit of all.

Are we living A SUSTAINABLE LIFE?
What does this mean?

Definition : LIVING SUSTAINABLY (ability to sustain life indefinitely) means living in a way that preserves and expands the means to live – for all

There are two ways to interpret this : -
The PRACTICAL PHYSICAL ASPECTS of living (e.g. can the earth cope with how we are living our lives, in our homes, on the ground of the earth;
The PRACTICAL MENTAL ASPECTS OF HOW WE ARE LIVING (e.g. how we think of ourselves, and act, in relation to others, animals, the environment, the earth itself.

The first issue is being dealt with by Eco Living - at its best(I'll discuss this on a separate post)

The second issue is how we live together man-to-man, people-to-people i.e. our attitudes about : -
Ourselves (do we accept ourselves?) and
Other people (do we accept others?)

That is, Do we accept ourselves and others - AS WE and THEY Are? i.e. Do we : -
-Consider ourselves EQUAL TO OTHERS or not?
-Judge or Accept?
-Want Power over Others? (to control) (unequal)
-To be Better than Others? (unequal)
-Use Aggression? (Thoughts or Action) towards others (unequal)

UNEQUAL means OUT OF HARMONY

LIVING IN AN UNSUSTAINABLE WAY means LIVING IN WAYS THAT LEAD US ALL ULTIMATELY TO DESTRUCTION!
WE ARE THEN OUT OF HARMONY WITH THE NATURAL MEANS OF BOTH SURVIVAL AND GROWTH


THE HUMAN CHALLENGE - HARMONY

Harmony within ourselves as individuals and harmony in our relationships with other individuals, people in general and with specific groups of people and other beings and the environment.

Gary Zukav mentions "Co-operation, Sharing, Harmony and Reverence for Life. "

To be able to live sustainably i.e. to have the ability to sustain life, we need to know the purpose of every substance we come into contact with as we go about our lives – so that we know how to use it, know how to act in relation to it, or know how not to use it, or whether not to handle it at all, whichever the case may be.
e.g. if we were to be presented with a tomato for the first time we might know instinctively (by listening to our thoughts) that it can be eaten as food - its purpose, its reason for being, is ‘provision of food’;
but, if we were presented with a piece of wood, although we might know it grows like a tomato in the ground, we know instinctively its purpose is not as food for humans so we would know not to eat it;
and, if we are presented with a chemical liquid such as oil we would know its purpose is not for consumption by humans, it hasn’t grown in the ground and it smells what we would term ‘wrong’ or unpleasant, so we would not drink oil. It might be we conclude that oil should not be used at all by humans, so we would have a different outlook on that substance compared to our outlook on the substance we term ‘tomato’.
We might then conclude that the substance of ‘tomato’ is life sustaining whereas ‘oil’ would be considered life-threatening and, with further experience of it, ultimately destructive and therefore something not to be extracted and used at all.

We can conclude here that the subject of SUSTAINABILITY is about being in harmony with the substances we encounter in life.
This links in with our general theme of PEACE AND HARMONY for man and the world.
ENERGY


Observe any places or situations where you seem to get your energy from.

Concentrate on the people who have made you feel valued, and work on attracting those types of people to you. What is it about them that makes you feel energised?

Which people boost your energy and which seem to drain it or sap it from you? Have you noticed that some people really uplift your spirits? Be with those sort of people as often as you can.

Listen to your True Self and ask honestly do you feel energised in these peoples’ company or do you actually feel drained? It’s a fascinating study of your inner feelings, be sensitive to them for they are vital to your current and future well-being.
How would you feel if you were in the company of people you felt energised by all the time? - Purposeful, Powerful, Happy, Bright, Comfortable, Content?

Do things in your spare time that make you feel inspired and energised.

ENERGY + CONFIDENCE + FREEDOM = WAY FORWARD ON THE PATH TO YOUR BEST LIFE

If you are Energised, Confident and have Freedom to do what you love you will become naturally creative.

If you are confident you will have more energy than someone who hasn’t.

If you are doing your Life’s Purpose you will feel fully energised.

ENERGY - don’t stand too rigidly. Bend your knees slightly, soften the base of your back, open your chest and take a few slow deep breaths.

Use a combination of lots of techniques - the combination is for you to choose, because you like them and find them easy and fun. This is what is right for you.

There is no competition in this work, we all have our own unique way of accessing our highest energy levels.

Be Unlimited in your way of thinking - Add your own ideas.

Be Yourself. No point living a life someone else thought for you. You will only get your full Life’s Energy when you follow your own path.

Do something uncharacteristic and enjoy it no matter what others might say. It’s your life - enjoy it.

Don’t limit yourself to what you have always done. Remember your life up to now has been governed by your early conditioning (that you have accepted). You can now open yourself out to your true unique potential. Get a New Life from now on – the one you always wanted but didn’t allow yourself to have. Energy flows with bright new ideas.

If there is something you have always wanted to do but never quite got round to it – GET ON WITH IT, DO IT NOW. Take responsibility for your own life and DO IT. See your energy levels rise as you unblock these stoppages.

If you had a chart that automatically monitored your level of energy each day for a month, what percentage would be high and which low. Draw it on a graph (produce a blank one to fill in). Then plot where you would prefer it to be, bearing in mind that we sleep and rest some of the time each day!!
How would you like to go about making the changes?

When would you like to have achieved those levels?

Q. Do you think certain colours have more energy vibration than others?
Q. Do you feel better when you see certain colours around you?
Try wearing different colours each day and see how you feel with each.

Try placing objects, pictures or furnishings with different colours around your home. See if you can find the combinations that energise you.

This is your Energy Requirement Directive.

Energy can be like a fountain, it can be small and flowing slowly or it can be 50 ft. high, bursting with endless force into the world, it can propel you forward in a way you never envisaged.
Perhaps you thought that it’s something others possessed but that you would never attain it in that way. But you can. That high level, that all powerful force is within each and every one of us waiting to be unleashed. Open up your natural channels for it to propel you forward to your best life. You can have it TOO!

Energy comes from your thoughts – your way of thinking – It’s about enthusiasm and positive feeling, combined with intention and motive you can achieve great things in your life for yourself, for those around you and for mankind.

Your body is a wonderful vehicle and you need to nurture it in a way that will best suit your purpose to use all this energy you are going to unleash. Do not think you can create energy for it already within you waiting to be unleashed. It is like a huge pool waiting to be tapped, an endless supply topped up whenever you call upon it. If you think that you do not have energy in abundance you have not yet found your natural way in life, your path of greatest purpose.

Nurturing your Mind, your Body and your Spirit are all key to opening yourself up to the power and energy within your very Being.

Carry your energy and enthusiasm through to every aspect of your life and see how people react to you. Energy combined with respect for yourself and all those you come into contact with guides you to a full and contented life.

Remember, energy used in a positive way can move mountains, yet energy used in a negative destructive pattern will only serve to harm yourself, others and the earth.

Use your energy thoughtfully. Use your energy for a higher purpose, for your higher purpose.

Correct and effective use of your breathing can begin to energise you, try out different methods and see which ones are good for you. The list is almost endless, here are a few examples : -

Certain postures can be very energising – try Semi-Supine combined with gentle breathing. Think positive words on the in breath and imagine discarding old ideas with the out breath.

Some people are energised at the top of mountains, others whilst in the deepest wooded countryside and others by the sea. We are all different and unique. Where is your favourite place? Visit it often and observe what it is that you feel there. How do you change inside, in your thoughts? Try putting it into words and writing them down, imagine a symbol that describes it to you for later or draw a picture of it. Look at these often and bring to your mind the essence of what you felt there.

I have always loved being by the sea – the openness, the colours the sounds of the waves and the gulls, the smells and sense of happiness there. I never cease to enjoy the wholeness of it and I feel so much better for having been there.

A certain amount of the right type of physical exercise can be amazing for increasing your energy levels. Opening the chest and breathing in the life force of the atmosphere is uplifting and energising. If you open up wide and try to feel depressed it is almost impossible.

If you have a hobby that you love and can’t wait to get to it again does it make you feel good when you are immersed in it? Do you feel energised by it? I’m sure you do. Have you noticed how time flies when you are enjoying yourself? You may not have realised it at the time but you then had the experience of boundless energy flow. Of course, you may have been tired at the end of it, this is natural, but sometimes we can look back on having done something and wondered where on earth we got the motivation and energy to ever think of doing it, let alone to carry it out!

So we see that doing something we love can automatically bring us all the energy we need to sustain us. We feel fulfilled.
Therefore : Do what you love to do and your energy levels will never let you down, your energy is there for life waiting for you to tap into it and live your best life.

You might say that there is something that you love to do but for some reason you can’t even summon up the energy to do it at certain times. It may be that you have a limiting belief that is withholding the permission for you to do it. This is something we will be looking at during the sessions.

Your breath could be said to be the energy source of your very life. Use it to it’s full and combine it with confidence, fearlessness and freedom and a sense of knowing your life’s purpose. Your breath is the vital force you need to propel yourself forward for you to fulfil your potential greatest achievements. Enjoy yourself and smile throughout!

Some people find that being out in the sun energises them, others find it very tiring, so what is right for you may not necessarily be good for someone else. There are no rules. Being out on a windy day can be exhilarating, uplifting and energising for some, others would find it irritating and unpleasant.
The reason for this may depend on a whole range of things, your point of view, your beliefs about the weather, your physical body’s condition. Your attitude to life; do you have an ingrained limiting belief that ‘it’s bad to go out in strong wind or inclement weather conditions’ or ‘wind makes me unsettled’ or ‘the sun is bad for the body’. Whatever you think, they are your own beliefs and thoughts and you are quite entitled to retain them. There is always a reason for having any point of view. Where do you think yours come from?

When you are energised and on your true path in life, life is easy and can be fun.
If you are feeling excited about what you are doing how do you feel? Lethargic, tired, down, weak? Of course not. You feel absolutely the opposite - Up, strong, awake, ENERGISED.
So the essence of this is that the more you can do or concentrate on what excites you, the more thoughts of energy will come to mind.

I used to think that I had to carry on doing the job I had been originally trained for the rest of my life - to pay the bills, provide security for my household, etc. - even though I was really tired of it and it was not giving me joy any more. Just imagine spending the rest of your life doing something you have grown to detest! No energy there, because at the end of the working day doing something you felt was wrong for you, you were feeling depleted of any energy for doing whatever else there is in your life that you actually do love to do - if you can remember what that is any more! Doing what you love - as a job - will bring you all the energy you need to enable you to do it as a lucrative pastime. So there’s a pointer to your next stage - to find out who you are, what people come to you for, what you love to do and how to put those into a wholeness for fulfilling your greatest potential.

Some people are energised working with natural things, like gardening, others may find clearing out their cupboards, throwing out/giving away/selling unwanted or unused stuff and making more space energises them : it’s like clearing out old energy and providing space for new things, new energy to come into their lives.

You cannot do anything without a thought. Everything you do depends on you having the thought first, before the action. We need to cultivate energising thoughts and dispel the old limiting beliefs before we can move forward in a new way. Old ways of thinking keep us doing the same things we have always done; new ways can open up new channels of energy from deep within us. These new channels can open us up to a fresh awareness of all around.

Everything in this world is energy vibrating at different frequencies. Try to imagine what frequency your food is vibrating at or your house.
How are your thoughts vibrating - at a high level or a low level - or do they vary at different times - see if you can observe them and take note of the times you like your energy best.

Some people are sensitive to vibrating sounds and it is said that some people can be cured of their depressions and lack of energy by being in the presence of vibrating objects and sounds at certain levels or frequencies. How do you feel if you hear bells vibrating the atmosphere with their energies or music or running a damp finger around the rim of a fine drinking glass partly filled with water? Isn’t Energy interesting?
Try going to a session where Tibetan bowls, bells and drums are used for uplifting peoples’ energy. You may not be affected - but on the other hand you may find it wonderfully uplifting and Energising. You won’t know until you give things a try, enjoy experimenting, give yourself the freedom to have a go at things you might at one time have thought silly Have Fun!

Overall energy levels can be improved by some degree of physical exercise - sports, dancing, yoga, Tai Chi, walking, jogging. But be careful not to do too much in the extreme, we are trying to increase energy levels, not make you constantly tired! A constant flow of bright-feeling energy will serve you better than high surges with low periods - which is how you may have felt up to now.
You may find that by making a change in your way of thinking that your energy soars instantly, but many of us will see a gradual change. Expect your energy to increase. Say to yourself regularly the Affirmation ‘My Energy Level Is Increasing’ and believe. Your Inner Wisdom will find all sorts of ways to respond to the new thought pattern and will direct you to the best ways for you to reach your goals. Set your Intentions and watch them materialise.

It has been said that ‘Life is Not a Dress Rehearsal’, so you want your highest energy levels NOW.

‘I want the sequence of thoughts that will lead to my best life which will automatically switch on my highest level of Energy’.

Laughter is energising - when did you last have a good laugh? How did you feel? Did you feel depressed, closed in, dull; No, of course not, you probably felt open, bright, colourful. You were also using your lungs to capacity and in with the air to your lungs flowed - Energy. If we can increase our energy levls by laughing a lot lets get on with it, the world would be a much nicer plac if we could all laugh often. It would surely mean that we were a happier lot. Imagine everyone in the whole world laughing at the same time, genuinely enjoying themselves, a wave of positive energy circling the globe. Doesn’t it make you feel better - ENERGISED.

Energy gently used with great purpose by a lot of people can bring huge benefits for mankind. Find you Energised Purpose, link it with the Energised Purposes of others and contribute to a wonderful pattern that all of Mankind will benefit from.

Have you noticed how if you really want to do something you have all the energy in the world with which to carry it out? A real sense of Motivation brings the energy leaping forth in order that you can carry it out. Do you have Your real Sense of Motivation? Or are you motivated by others’ requirements and wants? What is it that drives you? Try do discover what it is. Only you know the answer, and you do know it, maybe the answer is deep within you, but you do know.

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT, AND THINK, AND DO, AND BELIEVE. A combination of all of those things.

Have you noticed how a good night’s sleep can provide you with new energy. Somehow we seem to be re-energised as if by magic. Sleep is very healing in terms of replenishing our energy, in fact sleep is essential, for it is during the process of sleep that our thoughts are renewed and reinvigorated with fresh energy.
Rest and Relaxation are equally essential to our well-being - especially when we have used our energy to capacity. Too much rest, however, can lead to lethargy and restriction of energising thoughts so we need to get the valance right for our total energy requirements.
No good imagining hat your high energy levels should keep you constantly on the move all your waking hours. We need subtle energies to ponder over our day, consider what has happened to us and think how we are feeling in the present moment NOW for Now is where we are able to access our absolute current situation - how we are feeling, what has been achieved, an overall assessment of our Being.
If we try to carry on and on without a break we ‘burn ourselves out’ and this can take its toll on our mental well-being and on our physical bodies.
Always, our Energy levels need renewal in a natural way and we can also find our own positive mind/body constructive ways to assist the natural processes of our wonderful Being.

Now…….what can you do at work when your energy levels are lower than they might be? Who has occasionally felt lacking in energy at work? Well, there are all sorts of things you can do, let’s look at a few of the simplest and least obvious: -
1. Close your eyes and do some energising deep breathing, learn different techniques at a yoga class or ask an experienced exercise instructor perhaps.
2. Do some simple body movements at the same time as coordinating them with your breathing and eyes closed; Taking your thoughts off what you are currently doing can work wonders;
3. Semi-supine position if you can leave your work area for 10-15 minutes in a rest room or in your lunch break;
4. Do some of the simple exercise routines we have been practicing, thinking internally.

It may sometimes be difficult to grasp the concept of ENERGY. What it is, where it comes from, how it gets used……where it goes to even. We might ask ‘will my energy eventually run out?’, ‘Has it already mainly run out?’, ‘How is it formed?’, ‘What does it consist of?’, ‘Will I ever get the energy to do this, that or the other?’
It many seem impossible at times. But the reality is that energy is endless, there is a constant, unlimited supply of it for each and every one of us on this planet to use, so we need not fear that we will run out of it. Only when we ‘die’ and our breathing stops is our supply for this life on earth removed.

Whilst we are alive it is constantly ‘on tap’ if we want to use it and here we have free choice as to how we tap into the supply and on what we use it. The important word here is whether we want to do anything. If we don’t want to do anything our Higher Intelligence will withdraw our smooth supply of energy until we once again decide to use thoughts and take action upon them. This is where the dis-ease of multiple sclerosis can begin. Our choices determine the thoughts we use and the levels of energy we accept and we can put the energy to use for what we would assess as either positive or negative reasons.
It seems as if a Divine Being keeps us all connected so that we can live our lives on planet earth. What a generous Being - but for what purpose? With the wonders of nature and of mankind’s capabilities that I see around me every day of my life I can see that it must be for something wondrous. But have we really grasped what this might be?
Mankind is constantly in a search for the reasons as to why we are here, what is it all for? The very fact that so many are asking these questions, to me suggests that there is a Higher reason, that the drudgery of peoples’ lives are not fulfilling them and that deep-down we know that there is an underlying purpose if we could only peel back the layers of our indoctrinations and see it. We consider there has to be something more.
Have you asked yourself similar questions? What’s more, have you tried to answer them? Your search might take you on a long journey of discovery and insights and I can’t help but feel it will be filled with interest if you undertake the trip.

If someone criticises you and you take it to heart, how do you feel? Energised? I doubt it. This can make you feel like you have been punched in the stomach, made to feel small and weak, and your energy levels can plummet accordingly. It seems to sap or drain your energy, you lose your power. In fact you are actually giving away your power if you take criticism ‘to heart’. If you were to just observe what had just been said but didn’t react internally your power would not be depleted and your energy level would stay the same. Realise that those who criticise usually have a problem themselves but can’t admit it yet their inner annoyance at themselves, inner criticism, is producing emotion which they can’t seem to keep within and work out what is bugging them so they let it out on someone external to themselves. If they loved themselves, they would love others automatically and would never think of criticising others. No-one should need to criticise another. We could each point out where we observe improvements could be made in a caring, reassuring and complementary way and discuss all aspects of what is happening in the situation. Then all would benefit instead of a win/lose situation. Criticism is judging. Criticism can be very hurtful and damaging if the one criticised has the pattern repeated through life from an early age. Constant criticism is also damaging to the person who is doing the criticising as they become obsessed with negative comments and surround themselves with negative energy. This can lead to so-called mental states or problems and also to bodily upsets in one form or another. Any change made as a result of criticism often does not have the same energy power as from positive comments.

What is your reason for wanting to boost your energy level?
What will it make you feel if you have more energy?
What will you gain in your work if you gain more energy?
When you are lacking in energy how do you feel, what does it do to you?
What causes you to feel drained?
What could you do to increase your energy at certain times?
What would you do differently in your life if you had unlimited energy?
What changes would you have to make in your life that you would naturally have unlimited energy?
Imagine yourself as the person you would be if you had this perfect energy flow. What do you look like, what do you feel like? What type of thoughts do you have? Keep this vision of yourself in this state and give him a name other than your own or think of a symbol to represent him. Now step into this vision of you as though you were putting on a new set of clothes, feel what it’s really like. Enjoy the experience and then press your right hand thumb and middle finger together. Sense the full feeling. Now step out of him again and remember that by pressing these fingers together at any time you can sense and feel that same wonderful energised you.

Don’t rely on stimulants such as tea and coffee and Pepsi to Pep you up as they are short-term boosters and only make you fee worse and dependent on them in the long term.

A sense of well-being gives you energy automatically - again this comes from your thoughts.
So what gives you a sense of well-being? Think of it often and work on it until it becomes an integral part of you. You may already have something like this in your life, notice how it works for you, what does it do to you?

Your Day
First thing in the morning - have some fruits as your first food - orange, grapefruit, something tangy. This sends a message to yourself that you are giving it something natural and enlivening for your taste-buds. You’ll probably say ‘‘that tastes good’’ a positive message, encouraging………..energising thinking!

What Produces the Impetus for us to Do That Next Thing, then the next
thing, then the next and the next….?

It is Driven by our Way of Thinking using either 1) EMOTIONAL THOUGHTS
or 2) PURPOSEFUL THOUGHTS

VITALITY IS A WAY OF THINKING

If the thinking pattern we use has long-term Purposeful Focus then we will have Vitality or Energy for the length of time of that focus, if we stay committed to it.

If the thinking pattern we use has short-term Emotional Focus then we will only have vitality or energy for the short time of that quick fix.

OUR “REASON FOR BEING” HAS A BIG PART TO PLAY IN OUR OVERALL VITALITY
And it’s our “INDIVIDUAL” Reason For Being that is important for us to consider

WE NEED TO START TO BECOME AWARE OF OUR THINKING PATTERNS AND TO RE-ASSESS EVERY ASPECT OF OUR LIVES if we wish to make positive changes to the vitality of our lives
